I am requesting a refund of money taken from credit card on November *, **** for accommodation at Days Inn FB, maryland. I tried several times booking online via your site, received several confirmation, took it the customer service there. Who claim that without a pin card I can't pay for my lodgings...hence, I couldn't stay there via booking from you. My accommodation was only made possible when someone else book a room via another booking agency, which had to call them to verify that my room was indeed paid for...*This matter came to my attenation when you emailed me to find out if I stayed there for that say. And I checked my credit statement which indicated that money was drawn from my card, even though Days Inn front desk operators assurede that NO money was taken because they couldn't swipe an union card. I was never allowed to stay at days Inn for that date yet via booking.com and yet you took money from my card...I would love to have it reimburse to may credit asap
