Reference: ***********I booked Sage Hotel for a conference to be held on *st & *nd December at that venue.*The organisers postponed the conference by a week and I am unable to attend the new time slot.*When I have enquired about a partial refund I get conflicting replies.*Sage originally said that I would get one night back.*I was referred to them by Booking.com as the venue had the payment already.*Sage now say that it is entirely up to Booking.com.*I noted that there was no refund stated, but did not count on the organisers changing dates, and I went with Booking.com as a long time user, and there was an extra special offered at the time.*Do I have any chance of a partial repayment at least?*What do I want Booking.com to do?
