Dear Sir*Madam, I have booked * hotels in Gran Caneria. * hotel from, *th March until **th March ****. The second hotel is from **th March until **rd March ****. First hotel is in the north of the island and the second is in the south. Both hotels are booked under ‘ FREE CANCELLATION ‘ which I have done many times with booking . Ciao. Now, all I get is cancellation ‘s from both hotels, why ? I really am angry with this poor service, and each time I book these hotels the price goes up !!!! Very frustrating. It states no payment is required and no card details are required. I have always paid at the hotel and therefore do not expect hotels to secure my bookings by taking money from my account. The hotels Code numbers are: hotel Aloe Canteras, ****. And Beverly park hotel, ****. I hope you will sort out this mess and speak with these hotels as I can not get an answer.
