Help with my Booking.com issue

I booked at the Marriott in Moosic and the pool was down we had to go across the street to the other hotel the **** was cold. I called the manager as well as my fianc* and she did not return our call. When we got back to the hotel from lunch we asked for her she can out and we told her the issue she said they had a pool across the street we told her our son has a disability and how much it was a hassle and said she would give us **.** off each night then when she went to the account she said since we booked with booking it was nothing she could do which is not fair we was not notified that the pool is down. The hotel across the way said the pool has been down for a year. I am not happy and want this rectified and would like my stay rectified
