We arrived at the duke rooms in Westminster London.*We asked to check out the room before we paid thank god. The room was dark dreary and wreaked of mold and mildew.*I am deathly allergic to mold and my husband is asthmatic. I attempted to explain to manager and he said we need to pay for a night. We refused and left. They made me feel unsafe and scared. They took a copy of my husbands license which I didn’t like! We grabed a cab and found another hotel.*I am really shocked that your company promotes this inn. You rate it a *.* *It should be a *.* maybe??*We have stayed at two beautiful places from your site already on this trip.*This one is unhealthy and way overpriced for the condition of the room!*I don’t want to waste one cent of my hard earned money on this misrepresentation!
