I called about question of my $** reward that shows in my acct that says it’s been successfully paid but I can not find it on any of the two accts on my profile. *Arn*************************Ref id*******A*Debra Mendenhall. * Customer service gentlemen could not help me in the least and told me that I needed to call the credit card number and give them this arn * which I did which they had no clue of how to even use this reference number so I don’t know who bookings.com paid the $** to but I have not received it . I’m usually very happy with Booking.com and as you can see I use your website a lot but I am very unhappy about this situation because I cannot get any help whatsoever trying to locate Where the payment was credited to . my credit card company has no knowledge of the $** nor how to use this ARN number.
