I made two cancellations during the allowed timeframe, and my credit card was still charged holdings. While I was refunded the majority, because of the exchange rate, I am still missing money, and the *-dollar charges were not refunded. I was not aware that the hotel would still charge my card as I cancelled within the allowed timeframe and the website only says the card will NOT be charged unless outside the cancellation policy.
GetHuman1470436 did not yet indicate what Booking.com should do to make this right.
