I RECENTLY BOOKED A * NIGHT BREAK IN OXFORD FOR WHICH YOU PROMISED TO REFUND £** TO MY CARD. AFTER SPEAKING TO A PREVEOUS USER OF THE HOTEL I DECIDED TO CHANGE MY BOOKING TO A NEW PROPERTY IN OXFORD FOR THE SAME DATES. UNFORTUNATELY THE £** OFFER HAD EXPIRED.*THEN I RECEIVED THE SAME OFFER THROUGH THE POST ** HOURS AFTER I MADE MY CHANGE OF DESTINATION AND BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY BOOKED I LOST OUT AGAIN WHICH SEEMS PAR FOR THE COURSE FOR THE MANY BOOKINGS I HAVE MADE WITH YOU. *IF YOU REALLY WANT TO REWARD LOYAL CUSTOMERS KEEP THE OFFERS OPEN.*BARRY
