Help with my Booking.com issue

The advertised price on the website was *** shekels - when I got the confirmation email it said it would charge me **** shekels. This was not agreed upon. I cannot cancel because it is non refundable. I will not pay this I need confirmation that I will not be charged. Also I have gotten confirmation from the apartment owner that this is ok. However the property manager refuses to cooperate and says he doesn’t know how to cancel so he can’t do it. This is ridiculous. cancel and refund my booking immediately
GetHuman-bwasch did not yet indicate what Booking.com should do to make this right.
