I booked a room in New York City last weekend from Fri Oct. *th- Mon Oct. *th. Confirmation Number: ********** at the Millenium Hilton. I arrived at the Hilton and was told that they had no record of my reservation. I was informed that because I booked through a Third Party, that there was no record of my booking. I was also told that I would not be charged. It was extremely inconvenient to be stuck in NYC with no place to stay. Beyond that, I am looking at my current credit card statement and I have been charged! Please rectify this issue.
