I have contacted booking.com about booking ********** where there was no one to check us in to the apartment (kept saying they were on their way then after * hours of waiting they stopped answering calls and never showed up) so therefore we had to book elsewhere. I have emailed booking.com and they said to email a receipt of my replacement hotel so that I could be reimbursed, I have done this and have had no response. Can you confirm what email I should be sending the receipt to? Can this matter be dealt with as soon as possible.*Thank you
