About ** -** minutes ago I tried to book a twin room through you and completed the application on line giving my card details . On completion the screen came up saying no room available so I tried another site and secured a booking. I then received an email saying you had taken £**.** for a room that was not available when I booked. Can you please refund my debit card ending **** as soon as possible. Card name John W ****
