I have a confirmation number ********** my date is Oct *-** in Bangkok Avani Anantara, I m a regular booker*client of Booking.com. Before I made this the site says it’s free cancellation. I requested to have my booking be cancelled but your office was telling me that I can cancelled but they need to charge me and they said because Avani don’t want to cancelled but when I called Avani they don’t even have my reservation in their booking. And they said how can they cancel if they don’t have my reservation.*I’m not a new customer of Booking.com I usually use your site but I just don’t need that room on that date it’s not justifiable to charge me even I’m not using it.*Hoping for your kind understanding.**Edwin Malvar******@***.com
