I booked a non-refundable reservation a few days ago, thinking this is the best possible price! I go on the hotels own website today, and see I can get a better rate on a AAA or Seniors price for the exact same room, and dates. Now I am not happy ! My reservation is *** *** ****. I called the hotel directly and since its a third party booking, they said they couldn't help, so I am asking you to match the rate, give me a refund on my credit card for the difference, or honor, and price match their rate. I am really disappointed, as well, as I have NO email record of the reservation to break down my prices. Could you please send me one? My email is *****@***.com. Hoping to hear from you soon !
