Booking ref: ****.***.****In March you cancelled a booking made to 'Le Petit Chabron' and found alternative accommodation at 'Domaine Brise Bois'. You promised to pay the **Euro difference between the two hotels in an email sent to me on **.**.** at **am. **I've now emailed copies of the required invoice three times and heard nothing. **I called your customer services department this morning and spoke to someone called Kevin who was unhelpful, verging on rude. Although I have an email from you and a booking code, as I couldn't remember a PIN number had he said there was nothing he could do to verify who I was or my story. **This is appalling customer service and I will continue to complain until this is resolved.**Eleanor Simpson
