Hi I am due to stay at Hotel Napoli in Naples ** August till * September. I made three separate bookings as hoped other family members could travel too. *Then I cancelled two bookings within free cancellation period. *I see from my credit card statement that this hotel has already taken two amounts from the card I put on bookings. They took £***.** on ** August and £***.** on ** August. I didnt receive any notification about this from the hotel or from booking.com. I cannot see anywhere on my booking that they are allowed to do this. Please advise
