I booked a room in July with free cancellation by the **nd of August. I canceled on August. **th, * days before the free cancellation date. I was charged and never received my money back on my card. I called the Hilton hotel I was getting the room at and was told they would release it but it would take *-* business days after I already waited * days for it to be put back on the card. I have been charged an overdraft fee from my bank and this has messed up my whole bank account. Im out of a room and the money! This has been a horrible experience! I need that money back ASAP, PLEASE!!

Well the Hilton refunded the money but they said I couldnt see it until *-* business days!! I am going to ask for compensation in a free night stay for this major inconvience. I hope they do because if not, Im going to a news station because I dont want this happening to anyone else!
