Help with my Booking.com issue

Get total refund and all fees waived ... I made reservations today for a business meeting. He got sick * mins later I called to cancel and wave fees, Booking.com said to call the hotel, I called the hotel and they said Booking.com is the only one that can do that, if I don’t here something fast I’m going to have to get up tomorrow early and drive * hrs to keep from losing money! My name is Steven Scott ***-***-**** email *****@***.com confirmation *********** to my Booking.com reference * *D*C**E please get someone to respond tonight so I want have to drive * hrs, remember I cancelled * mins after reservation, thanks
My business trip was canceled guy called sick * mins after I made reservations and I called to cancel then same time period
Full refund all fees waived
I’m always good customer work hard and have excellent credit to show for it,
Called Booking.com guy said call hotel, I called hotel guy said Booking.com will have to be the one to wave fees
I have an issue with Booking.com too
How GetHuman-bamaplum fixed the problem
