I made a reservation for a * room * adults for Aug **,**** @a Super * East Middletown NY. We needed to change that room and rebook for a different room * room * double beds * adults for the same date The first room was canceled ( was sent the confirmation notice to my e mail. The second booking I did not receive a confirmation or a pin number. The woman that I talked to on Aug **nd to help with the change had broken English and there was definitely a communication issue. On Aug the ** rd , I found out I didn't,t need to go to Ny. I called the Super * on Aug **, **** at Middletown East and was told I would have to call Booking.com. Trying to find a number for you was a problem. You don't,t have a business or customer service number easily available . When I talked to the gentleman finally at customer service, I was told they didn't, have a second booking . Which wasn't,t true cause the motel said we were booked. He finally found the second booking under my husbands name with his e mail . I had booked the room under my name with my e mail. So the woman who booked me the second time on Aug the **nd booked me wrong along with no confirmation info. I just wanted to cancel the second room , IT SHOULD NOT BE THAT DIFFICUT nor MADE THAT Difficult to do a cancellation. I will no longer book through your company .
