I have been a happy customer with booking.com until today!!! As always I select the option free cancellation and no prepayment or authorizations. And my card has been charged with penalties on * different reservations ******** and **********. I have spent the last few hours trying to fight for my money!!!!* *I trust that Booking.com will make this right and come up with a resolution FAST..

I called the booking.com ph number directly. I explained my situation and the rep. called the hotels on my behalf while I waited on the line. This took some time but the end results were worth the wait. Thanks booking.com
