I reserved a hotel Radisson Blu in Maputo from Aug ** to **. My confirmation number is ****.***.*** PIN CODE: ****. I was able to travel to Maputo on Aug ** just before boarding the plane. Air France refused to let me board the plane because I could not show them the visa for Mozambique. I told them that with a French passport, I could get the visa on arrival but they just refused. I wrote to Radisson Blu explaining my problem and they ask me to cancel the reservation through you which I did. They confirmed the cancellation on Aug **. Because I cancelled the reservation the last minute, I would like to know if I still have the pay the amount of US***.**. Radisson Blu wants to know if booking.com has taken the amount from my credit card. Is there any email address which I can write to you. The usual email address is a noreply address. Please treat the problem as urgent as I am sending a complaint to Air France for what they have done to me.
