I cancelled by hotel rooms * days in advance and you pulled my money from my account quite a few days before my arrival date. I have contacted Holiday inn and they said they can’t help me. They did see where we cancelled though. This is very shady and I will be contacting the Fair Trades Commission if this isn’t settled. My confirmation of cancellation is ********** pin ****. My names is Brandi decker the reservations were under Eric Cude but paid for with my acct. Date cancelled was *-**-** and our stay was for the *-**-**. I thought this company was affiliated with the hotel since it automatically directed payment to you. Holiday Inn stayed they are having many complaints with this same problem. I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution.
