Help with my Booking.com issue

I am doing a group booking (** people) and I request booking.com not to request a credit card for the booking since I am booking for so many people. However payment I can confirm that I will part payment to service provider through an EFT by ********* and the final payment to be settled upon arrival in Cape Town on **********. I made the booking for Signature Lux Hotels by Onomo - Cape Town. Please kindly have an agent call me asap at **** **** ****
GetHuman-bmadisa did not yet indicate what Booking.com should do to make this right.
