I had a double booking and thought I had cancelled after contacting the property directly. The exact dates I needed were not available through booking. com. Double Tree was able to book the exact dates I needed so I cancelled the reservations I had had on booking.com. I missed one and noticed it today. When I was cancelling I noticed it was too late for free cancellation. It would be great to get a refund for the reservation the night of **** that I had made on Booking.com I'm still staying at the Double Tree from **** to **** and didn't need to two rooms for the night of the **th. Thank you!
