I booked a room and went to check in and the clerk didn't have my reservation I did it online and so he asked for my last name and driver's license and then checked to see if it was at a alternate red lion .he then said he would call and asked me how to pronounce my last name and I told him Rowett and he only said Row into the phone and then said he didn't see any reservations at any of the alternate red lions so I said ok and went online again to try and reserve a room only to find out I had two rooms reserved. I only needed one room and the clerk was the only reason I went back online .I only needed one room for ********** To ********** I was charged for Two rooms because the clerk didn't see me down for any rooms
GetHuman-rikchase did not yet indicate what Booking.com should do to make this right.
