Hi**Cancel reservation - ************I did not receive any information or confirmation on whether this reservation was cancelled in full without any penalty or charges?**Please let me know the outcome of my complaint. Booking.com advertised the hotel as being *.*m away from the city centre, when in fact it was **.* miles or * hour by cab and *or subway as confirmed by the person working at the hotel on arrival.**If I have been charged please advise name of company, date and amount charged.**Regards*Kathryn
