Dear sir*madam,*My confirmation no. ***********Pin code: *****I am writing regarding my booking in Marriott hotel on the fall, Niagara, Canada which firstly has a fake picture of its location and closeness to the fall.*In the picture which is in booking.com site shows the hotel exactly face to the big horseshoe fall!!! In fact it has a lateral location.*Secondly, I didn’t receive any services although I have mentioned that it was my anniversary. We didn’t even have bottles of water in my room.*I think I paid too much for nothing.*Even the other Marriott hotel had great prices and I believe I was overcharged and it is a kind of scam to present false photos of the room and hotel ‘s location.**Please kindly advise how I can follow up the case?*Thank you in advance for your assistance.**Best ,*Sahar
