I booked a hotel (ocean park hotel in Santa Monica Los Angeles for July **-** through Booking.com in January **, **** then cancelled January **, **** and was still charged ***€ with no email warning of the charge nor the cancellation! I expect a reimbursement because the hotel has a free cancellation policy. This email will be the *rd attempt to contact you! Please respond!*Herbert P*****@***.com*Thank you in advance
