I just need either a copy of the invoice or a receipt or a Credit note. ... I have a credit card charge of £**.**- for a room booking, information re hotel unknown.*MCC* description shows*charge £**.** -**** Hotel on Booking.com Approved ****. dated **.*.***Company is JCW Energy Services Ltd, CC in name of Mick Stevenson, card ends XXXX XXXX XXXX ****.*I have no receipt*invoice for any hotel on that day or for a booking for that amount and no record of anyone staying anywhere that has not been recorded.* Can you give me more information on this item that has been charged to MIck Stevensons CC as I need to clear it through our system.
I have been trying to resolve this for some time and have checked with the hotels in Bolton that we used for a job that took several weeks and they cannot help as it was done through bookings .com
I just need the information either a copy of the invoice or a credit note.
Our company JCW Energy Services Ltd and our department particularly as we work all over the country and use bookings.com a lot.
Over the last few months I have email Bookings.com I have spoken to and emailed the hotels that we used in the Bolton area and no one has a record of a cost of £**.** for a hotel booking so I am now back to yourselves.
