To whom it may concee*I booked with extended stay keeop in mind its the *nd hotel this acured with in one night, the first one changed my request dates all on its own. So it stated confirmed and booking pin and so forth by the way its also *:**am coming from the *st hotel with lyft where you guys manual changed my date and getting to the *nd hotel where its sold out and even tho you stated confrimed and all. Now no where to go having been charged twice for both hotels and now out of pocket money for my lyft ride from one hotel to the other. Come to find out from the hotel rep that im the *th person your site has done this to for evening. So unprofessional. This is why i will remain a hotels. Com member forever, this would never happen with them. I want my money back associated with my email any and future reservations cancelled at no charge due to this huge and unprofessional unorganized way of service that you site your company provides. I don't know how on earth your still in business with such false representation of one self. So to clear things up I WANT ALL AND FUTURE RESERVATIONS FOR EMAIL ASSOCIATED WITH BABIISHAY**@GMAIL.COM CANCELLED AT NO CHARGE AND MY MONEY REFUNDED BACK FOR TWO HOTELS THAT WERE INCONVENIENTLY BOOKED And CHARGED YET NO ROOM AVAILABLE NOR THE DATE REQUESTED. * THANK YOU *SHAYLA KADIC
