We did not stay at Nocks in Ocean City Md. July **th - **th. They charged us anyway. They took out $*** for cancellation fee and still charged us $**** for the week. We never checked in and they were aware of cancellation the day after we booked (within ** hours). There was a mistake on your end of our original booking of Spinnaker ** on **nd Street which is where we stayed and paid in full on same dates.
