I am writing this to make a complaint about my reservation at Ramada Inn Indianapolis Airport last July **. I have a prebooked hotel room under Booking.com for $**. I found out that i have $*** charge on my card on top of the $** from booking.com because they said they couldn’t find my reservation and charged me instead as walk in. They did not let me know about this while i was there, i only knew after calling then today to ask what was the $*** charge for. They want me to call Booking.com to make sure they got the payment of $** from Booking.com so they will refund me my $***
GetHuman-phia_mar did not yet indicate what Booking.com should do to make this right.
