Good evening. I am hopeful u can resolve my issue promptly. *Conf number ********** pin *****I called la flora hotel at *:**am and asked about my reservations and they said I wasn’t on the schedule. Also they charged $*** to my credit card and I asked why if I wasn’t on the list. She told me to call my bank to cancel charge. I felt disappointed about everything and went on to booking.com to cancel which charged $*** . I tried to then call booking.com and had to be on hold for ** minutes with no human interaction so I hang up. *Anyway I decided to book with Expedia who answered my call and got me a better deal with a free massage for the same dates. *I therefore have now become an Expedia fun because John also help me get extras and made sure I got the best room. *Please be ware I just want to get back my lost fees for the agony of calling a hotel that had no idea what I was talking about and the fact they recommended I go through my bank yet all I wanted is to confirm a good trip from all of my bereavement... *thanks booking.com and so long as it’s become a sad deal.
