Help with my Booking.com issue

Please look into this concern asap. It has been discussed with * of your customer service agents. *When I booked * hotels with you , Bristol Willow Court and London Kensington Suite, I did advise them that I was blind and bringing a registered guide dog (service animal) for the blind. Willow Court advised me that they had * large dogs who were not friendly to other dogs . *Kensington Suite Hotel said they did not accept pets at all either in or outside their hotel. When I replied to advise them that British law (Equality Act ****) mandates that they must accept service animals in hotels and all other public places at no charge, they replied that they did not accept dogs. * When I complained to your agents, I was assured that both hotels would be cancelled at no charge Willow Court was cancelled but not Kensington . Their last refusal was June ** . So on July * my friend and travelling companion Paul Miller booked another*Hotel with you in London (Easyhotel Old St.) *This past Wed July * I received a message from Kensington Suite saying that they understand my situation and that I am very welcome in their hotel. (no mention about my guide dog).*I certainly do NOT want to stay in this hotel* especially as I have another booked with you. And I certainly do NO WANT TO PAY ANYTHING to this Kensington Suite Hotel. *I do have the e-mails to prove what I am saying, I.E. this hotel was trying to break the law. I should not have to pay them for this. And you should not be offering hotels that try to break laws. Please help!**Sharon Ward-Zeller
