Help with my Booking.com issue
The issue in GetHuman-flbeachl's own words
A reservation was accidentally booked at Hampton Inn Largo Fl. Reservation number ********* under the name Catherine Gray for July **st. The reservation was a non cancel, I spoke with Hampton inn on Saturday June **th and explained the situation. They cancelled the reservation at no charge, I was informed I needed to contact booking.com to have the money refunded. Could you please refund the total of $***.** to my credit card. I am very sorry for the accidental booking, I was showing my daughter how to book with booking.com when she accidentally booked it. Thank you very much, Catherine Gray
