Sir*madam,*We have booked hotel rooms on ** June in Massorie’s hotel tulip inn green and breeze for dated **nd ** June * studio room for *night *But we are nt check in due to some circumstances *I have given my credit card no Nd expiry date for hold room not confirm rooms *And when I given this card no Nd expiry date it shows that u r only taking details for confirmation to hold a room *No money can b deducted without my permission *But hotel have credited Amount **,*** rs from my credit card.*It would b fraud case *How any one can trust on ur company *So please solve my issue *Nd refund my whole money *This is up to you *Please rep as early as possible *My contact no ********** *Shikha Khandelwal *Booking is on the name of Shikha Khandelwal
