Hi madam, sir **I made a reservation recently for the **th of june ****. In my reservation it was written * bed * * matress bed. Thats the reason why I made it. Today they called me to say that I have to pay extra money for the matress because **in reality** there is no matress sofa. Reservation number: **********.*Well I thats unprofessionnal.
