Regarding my stay in NYC on May **’** (confirmation***********).*My friend referred me to booking.com and I made a booking and completed my stay.*We both are eligible for $** reward on our credit card but we haven’t got it yet.*I have been following up on this issue since last * weeks but hardly get any response via email.*Nobody wants to give me an update.*It’s very annoying and I am really thinking to give up booking.com from next time and also I will not refer it to anyone.Very frustrating service I must say.
GetHuman-nivedeet did not yet indicate what Booking.com should do to make this right.
