On June *, ****, I accidentally booked a room. I immediately called you all and was told that I couldnt cancel the room because it was a No refund cancellation room. Well, a few days later on June **, ****, I recieved * emails stating that my room had been cancelled free of charged and that I didnt have to do anything else. Several days passed and I didnt recieve my refund. I called you all tos ee what the hold up was, because after the cancellation email I didnt go to use the room that was supposedly cancel, and well the hotel knew nothing about a cancellation! Now you all continuously email me about sending bank statements showing the charge. I have emailed it * times! I m sick of waiting for money to be returned from you all since its you all fault I didnt go to the hotel because I recieved a bogus email stating ot was cancelled free of charge and that I didnt have to do anything's farther! My next step will be to contact the BBB to let them know that you all rob me of my money! I have the emails and bank statement to prove it. Plus, the hotel manager stats that he know nothing of this free cancellation! Give me my money or we can go to court!
