I booked at The pier penthouse puerto de la cruz tenerife on **th june for one week beginning ** june*I received no confirmation at all for days so I reserved at Teneguia for the same dates*Eventually on **th after asking for confirmation twice by phone and after the amount was taken from my account,they sent me a very late confirmation but I had to phone and cajole on a few occasions*In the end I had to cancel Teneguia at VERY short notice which I dont like doing,because they hadnt charged me yet ,whereas The Pier Penthouse had!*All very lamentable and not in any way my fault*I cannot understand why I was not sent confirmation when I made the reservation but was told there was notice of it at all,I hope you will investigate this matter,thank you, *A.M Burdett
