I booked Britannia hotel Monday for one night. *I extended till Friday - I didn’t receive a confirmation from booking.com *I told the property I need to cancel it straight after and they said was fine. *So I assumed all cancelled. *But the credit card been charged £****I couldn’t cancel online because I didn’t get email. *The hotel said was okay to cancel, why was I not informed the card be charged. *Unacceptable. *Please refund. *Hotel happy to do so.
