I booked through Priceline.com. When I found that the hotel was cheaper than for what I booked it through on Priceline.com, I phoned as I have been told many times that there would be a ***% refund of charges should this happen. However when I called I was told that I booked through booking.com. Not once was I told that I was booking through this other website. After spending an hour getting through to a booking.com agent I was told that I would be refunded only $** when the agent actually told me that it was a ***% refund. I am very confused and think that the policy of ***% refund should have been honored. Even at that there hasn't been a refund of any sort.
