I booked * rooms and cancelled them but only received confirmation of one room cancelled. My name is Katherine Roman my booking. number is ********** and the pin is ****. This is for the crown plaza time square. I need to make sure both rooms get cancelled and refunded. And I have not received a code to enter for gethuman to call me back. This is my third attempt to enter all information and receive a code. Please help!!!
GetHuman-kerryrom did not yet indicate what Booking.com should do to make this right.
