Help with my Booking.com issue

I checked into the hotel after making reservations with Bookings.com and the hotel did not have my reservations. I had copies of my confirmation number and pin number thru Bookings.com. So I have paid twice for one room for one night. So this was an expensive nights sleep in a Hotel. I would like my Money returned to me that Bookings.com took out of my bank account to pay for the room that was NOT RESERVED by them
GetHuman-cmickelb did not yet indicate what Booking.com should do to make this right.
