I tried to book a hotel call Ascott Sentral in Kuala Lumpur a couple of months ago but I almost got through the process when something went wrong with the connection online and I couldn't get back on. I received no confirmation from either booking .com or the Ascott so considered my booking had not gone through. I proceeded to book the Fraser Residence for the nights of **st and **nd May ****. Yesterday I noticed a pending debit to my MasterCard from Ascott Central. I immediately called and then emailed them about the problem and they advised me to contact you as the booking agent. They provided a booking confirmation number ************I would be pleased if you could recreation my account with the amount deducted as there was no way I could have known that the transaction went through. **Many Thanks*Brenda Perry
