Help with my Booking.com issue
The issue in GetHuman-snehaja's own words
book room for * nights ... Hi, my booking for ref no ********** was not confirmed and hence i proceeded to make another booking ref no ********** which was successful. unfortunately, i was charged for the first booking around * hours after making the bookings. Will request refund for the first booking.
I cannot be charged a cancellation on the first booking as their system showed that my card is not authorized.
Refund the charges against the first booking

Contacted booking.com representatives over phone* still awaiting a resolution
