When my wife and I arrived at the airport for our flight home we were told that our flight had moved up * hours and that if we wanted to go home we would have to pay $*** per person. The woman told us how we were notified by American Airlines. Also American Airlines said they notified bookit.com. I showed her where there were no email sent to me also where it was confirmed via email on the **th that our flights and stays were correct. We had confirmed our flight was still at same time Wednesday the **th of September from our transportation director at the resort. How it needs to be resolved is a full refund since I am now out $*** just so I wasn't stuck in Mexico. Also I had purchased the insurance so that I would be reimbursed for this type of situation.
