Accidentally booked a bus for Dec. * and wanted to book for Dec.**. Dec. * was $**.** and Dec.** was $**.**. They would not credit the $**.** and charge $**.**. I travel bolt bus every week for * years. Cannot believe they could not resolve the problem.this is not the way you treat a loyal customer. Customer service is a failing in most business so obviously loyalty is no longer important. Business do not care about losing a customer, very sad.
