Hello, I'm Dr. Jon Gardner. I recently bought a BodyGuardz screen protector for my SM J337A phone. When I thought my phone's screen was damaged and took it to the AT&T office in Granite City, Illinois, I found out it was the screen protector. The AT&T agent mentioned that I'm registered with BodyGuardz and helped me order a replacement. After having it installed at the same AT&T office, I didn't receive the original protector back or remember being instructed to return it. The store manager explained this is standard procedure and couldn't assist further. I'm suggesting a compromise where I cover half the cost, given the protector was defective. Thank you. - J. Gardner

When my daughter bought a new iPhone Xs from AT&T, we were told in-store that buying a Case and Screen Protector together would mean no shipping fees for replacements. Sadly, the screen protector cracked when she dropped her phone. Despite trying to register both items online, I faced issues, and customer service had to finalize the registration. Although I was informed that I qualify for free shipping on a replacement, they now specify that it's only for a different screen protector, which is of lower quality than the Pure 2 Edge I purchased. I expected the same product replacement without shipping costs, not a downgrade. I want the Pure 2 Edge screen protector replaced with no shipping charges, as initially promised.

I purchased a Bodyguardz Tempered Glass for my new iPhone 11 Pro Max. Unfortunately, it arrived broken, and I requested a replacement. I had to pay $9 for shipping. While waiting for the new one, I couldn't go without a screen guard, so I bought one from AT&T. However, that one also broke after just a day of use, even though my phone didn't fall. In total, I spent $[redacted] on screen guards and replacements. It's frustrating since I value quality over cost. I will not recommend this product to others and will document my experience to share with them.

I bought a BodyGuardz protector on November 2, [redacted], and today I noticed a thin crack in the center. I am diligent about taking care of my phone, being a senior. I registered with your company on the same date using my email. Despite being told by AT&T that it would be replaced if there were any issues, the website claims I am not registered. Please check my registration status with my email. I am seeking a replacement as promised when I got it. The protector is a Pure 2 Edge, Lifetime replacement, Oracle#4595N, Second#[redacted], for an iPhone 11/Xr. I did not cause this crack and would appreciate a prompt response. You can contact me at [redacted] or phone @ [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently got a screen protector for my S10+. When I went to an AT&T store to have it installed, the process didn't go smoothly. The employee struggled to remove the protecting tape, resulting in scratches on the screen protector. Despite managing to put it on, there were bubbles that needed forceful pressing to remove, leading to more scratches and tape residue that required alcohol cleaning. Even after multiple attempts, some areas didn't stick properly, mostly around the top edges, with lingering tiny bubbles. The staff member seemed frustrated and mentioned he did his best, recommending I report this issue to you.

I purchased an Apple iPhone Pro Max 12 from AT&T in Oconomowoc, WI on 11/11/[redacted], and my glass protector broke with a straight-line crack. I am a registered user with BodyGuardz, and my Mastercard was charged $8.39 for a replacement. Upon checking my receipt, it stated that my order couldn't be completed due to an invalid address for the product. I have been trying for over 3 hours to access my account to resolve this issue, but I keep encountering a message saying I am only entitled to one replacement. I have updated my password but need assistance in getting the replacement shipped. Can someone please help me with this matter?

I received a replacement BodyGuardz protector around April 3rd, order BGZSO[redacted], intended for my old Samsung S9+. However, I now have a Samsung Galaxy S22. I have removed the damaged S22 protector, placed it in the envelope marked "Replacement Department," and will mail it today. I am hoping to receive a replacement for the S22 model. Thank you for your assistance. Best, Leonard S. [redacted]
