I was scheduled for delivery of my couch between *:**am and **:**am on Sept. **, ****. I ordered the couch on Aug. *th with order number ********. The delivery associate, Wilson F. (Employee ID: **-******), called me at *:**am on the same day attempting to make the delivery, which is over ** minutes before my delivery window even began. I informed him of my delivery window, which he should have on file, then he told me that he could only wait for ** minutes from that time before leaving. I attempted calling him from *:**am - *:**am, he eventually picked the call at *:**am and said that he would be there in ** minutes, but he never showed up. The next call I got was to reschedule my delivery for Sept. **th, to which I agreed. A few hours later I got another call that I was to be rescheduled for Oct. *st because the rescheduled delivery date was no longer available. I went into the store to attempt to resolve this issue, where the store manager, Amy Daza, told me that it was usual policy for the delivery team to attempt delivery outside the stipulated delivery window. Ms. Daza was of no help to me and I had to leave the store with the same delivery date of Oct *st. This is a highly unprofessional behavior exhibited by Wilson F. which has cost me time, money, and suffering. Also, Ms. Daza did nothing to rectify this issue or correct this extremely horrible customer experience. I need to know what actions you will be taking and what your customer service policy is, in this regard.
